Below are my notes from listerning to Delcan Dunn's tapes.
Introduction is poor, really put me off.
Half the time he talks about selling referral products and occasionally says about the actual site, this is because you need to look at the actual site you are sending hits to, if they have loads of banners etc you will be sending people to that site and then they are likely to click on an advert/ external link and you get nothing! However, he does not make this clear. The conversation does not seem to be structured.
Can't just use free things because the Internet is not the free for all it used to be.
The amount of times he says focus on 3-4 products!
Though the start was disappointing it gets a lot better!
Audiotapes do not work for everything, they make it quicker to get the information and hearing is better than reading. However, having mental checklists at the same time as tiring to learn does not work. It needs visual aids.
Three key to success.
* Your dedication passion
* A quality product payment
* Goodwill - feel good about what you sell, what you would buy.
Buy from a friend not trick! Talk as if they are friends.
He says you don't need hype, true enough.
"Your competitors are partners and your partners are competitors" cleaver.
The idea of advertorial! Editorial tring to sell a product, nothing new.
Buying once makes goodwill, only if they like the product to be fair he does mention this but at a different time
Anti-European! Rude! Amateur!!!! Hesitations, burping! Come on! He could just redo the whole thing, they are only short lessons. Nasty voice. As if it is live!
Says what not to do, and then gives an example to copy but it does many of the major mistakes he talks about.
Laughs at himself.
Been online since 1994 and the Internet changes month by month! Um.
The site is very impressive, his referal program media has very good CTR but his site CR is not high and these audio tapes are very poor. I belive the reason for the differences is becuase the audio tutorials (poor) are done by Declan Dunn, and the book "Nothin but the net" which has very good reviews is done by Michael Campbell. However, Declan Dunn did write Winning the afflicte game which also gets farily high reviews.
I don't think it is worth buying, especially when there are such amasing publications like Make My site sell and the internet market warriors "secret site".
